1Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between the user of the kyat11 platform ("User") and kyat11.

By accessing the kyat11 website, you are considered to have read and agreed to these Terms. If you object to any part of them, you are not permitted to continue using this platform.

kyat11 cannot be held responsible for any issues, losses, or restrictions arising from use of the service without first reading these Terms.

1.1 Accessing the Service

kyat11 services are accessible via the website kyat11.run. Services include Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, football betting, Crash Games, and other game types.

1.2 Language & Disputes

These terms are written in Burmese. In the event of any ambiguity in any translation, the Burmese version shall be taken as the original text.

2Account Opening and Registration

To play on the kyat11 platform, you must open a valid personal account. By opening an account, you confirm the following declarations—

• That you are 21+ years of age,
• That the information provided during account registration is accurate and complete,
• That you are using this service personally — that you are not opening an account on behalf of another person or accessing it through a representative,
• That you take personal responsibility for ensuring that use of this platform's services is lawful in your location.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If kyat11 finds that duplicate accounts have been opened for the same person, kyat11 has the right to close those accounts, cancel any bonus credits, and handle any remaining balance at its discretion.

2.2 Registration Notice

kyat11 may request identity and age verification documents to verify a user's registration. Any gameplay may be suspended during that time, and if the requested information cannot be provided, the account will be restricted.

3Account Security and User Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Under this agreement—

• Your password must be as strong as possible and must not be shared with anyone.
• If an unauthorised person gains access to your login details, you must contact kyat11 customer service immediately.
• You are responsible for all gameplay and spending that occurs under your login, not only actions you take yourself, but any activity carried out using your login credentials.
• kyat11 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your phone, computer, or other devices by a third party.

4Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are supported for deposits to the kyat11 platform — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is 10,000 Ks.

4.1 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits are credited to your account once verified. kyat11 is not responsible for delays caused by banking intermediaries.

4.2 Deposit Method Restrictions

Deposits must be made only from the user's own mobile banking account or e-wallet. Third-party payments are not accepted, and if such a payment is detected, the account may be restricted and the funds placed under secondary review.

5Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. After the withdrawal verification is complete, funds will normally arrive within 5–30 minutes.

5.1 Withdrawal Verification

kyat11 may review withdrawal requests in accordance with its KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during review in line with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

The account used for withdrawals must match the account used for deposits. If KBZPay was used to deposit, KBZPay must also be used to withdraw. If the accounts do not match, kyat11 may refuse the withdrawal and will bear no responsibility for this.

6Bonus and Promotion Terms

Bonuses and promotions offered by kyat11 come with specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the required wagering amount has been met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be completed.

• Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks must be met before the bonus can be converted.
• Example — if you deposit 120,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 220,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks must be met before the bonus can be converted.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

If the required wagering amount is not met within the specified period from when the bonus was received, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited. The bonus period can be viewed on the bonus details page.

6.3 Bonus Protection

If a player intentionally makes withdrawals to obtain bonuses, or uses gameplay that is unreasonable in relation to bonus terms, kyat11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.

7Gaming Restrictions

When playing on the kyat11 platform, the following restrictions must be followed—

• All gaming decisions are yours alone; kyat11 does not provide gaming advice.
• You acknowledge and understand that there is a risk of loss in gameplay.
• Bets that have been placed in football betting cannot be reversed.
• For games affected by technical faults or server issues, kyat11's decision is final.

7.1 Football Betting Rules

Pre-calculated odds that may change are displayed on the platform for football betting. We only control odds that can be changed before a match begins; match results are the responsibility of the external match organizing body.

8Prohibitions and Violations

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kyat11 platform—

• Playing using computer programs, bots, or automated scripts;
• Using direct or indirect methods such as exploits to bypass the platform's system;
• Sharing or lending your account for others to play;
• Conducting activities related to money laundering;
• Using threatening language toward service staff or other users;
• Intentionally committing violations with the expectation of getting away with it (collusion).

If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, kyat11 may suspend and close the account without prior notice, forfeit any remaining balance, and take legal action as appropriate.

9Personal Data Protection

kyat11 protects users' personal data using SSL encryption. Full details on personal data can be read on the Privacy Policy page.

• Personal data provided at the time of registration will only be handled for purposes related to the service.
• It will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
• Data collected for KYC verification will be used solely for that verification.

10Service Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Account Closure Requested by User

You may stop using the kyat11 service at any time and request account closure via Live Chat or the support team. Upon closure, any valid remaining balance may be requested for withdrawal, while bonus funds may be forfeited.

10.2 Suspension by kyat11

In the event of a violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent play, or a legal requirement, kyat11 may suspend or close an account without prior notice and, if necessary, permanently.

10.3 Maintenance Suspension

The service may be temporarily suspended due to technical changes or maintenance work. kyat11 cannot be held responsible for any losses during such a suspension — however, the suspension will last only as long as the work requires and advance notice will be given where possible.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, kyat11 is not responsible for the following—

• Losses resulting from the user's own gaming decisions;
• Faults caused by third-party services connected to the platform (payment processing companies);
• Losses caused by force majeure events such as earthquakes, epidemics, or war;
• Losses caused by third-party intrusions such as server hacking (provided that kyat11 has taken reasonable protective measures).

12Amendment of Terms

kyat11 may update these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the service after changes are made will be considered acceptance of those changes.
